My Approach
At the heart of my work is the relationship I build with each client. I believe that healing and growth happen in the context of a safe, supportive, and authentic therapeutic connection. My primary orientation is psychodynamic and attachment-based, which means I pay close attention to patterns, relationships, and early experiences that continue to shape the present. At the same time, I draw on practical, evidence-based strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop tools for coping with stress, managing emotions, and navigating daily challenges.

For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an approach that helps partners understand their underlying needs, reduce conflict, and strengthen their emotional bond.

Together, we’ll tailor therapy to your unique need, balancing insight, skill-building, and supportive connection.
About Me
I am a licensed therapist with over nine years of experience in the mental health field. My career has taken me through a variety of settings, including community mental health, homeless services, reentry and forensic programs, and substance use treatment. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the resilience of people navigating complex challenges, and they continue to inform the way I practice today.

Currently, I serve as a clinical supervisor and manager of a primary care behavioral health program at a federally qualified health center in Missoula, Montana. In this role, I support both patients and clinicians, and collaborate closely with medical providers to integrate mental health care into the broader healthcare system.

I grew up in New York and completed my education and early professional training in California, where I also spent the first several years of my career. In 2024, I relocated to the mountains of western Montana with my partner, our two cats, and our dog. Living here has been both grounding and inspiring, and I bring that same sense of balance and presence into my work with clients
